The median price per square foot was $676, up 1.7%, while the median price per residential unit for multifamily and mixed-use properties was $468K, down 12.5%. DOB construction permits totaled 29,789, up 2.1%. 9.2% of multifamily and mixed-use parcels carried a Motivated-Seller Score of 10 or higher, compared with 2.9% citywide.
