Directed Capital, via DCR Mortgage 11 Sub 6, LLC, purchased a $15.5 million note from Beltway Capital Management, secured by Shlomo Karpen’s industrial building at 361 Stagg Street in East Williamsburg. The 79,352-square-foot property was bought by Karpen in 2005 for $6.4 million.
