FSA Capital secured $89 million in financing, including loans from Ponce Bank, for a 14-story mixed-use development at 133-09 37th Avenue in Flushing, Queens. The project will include 99 condominiums, commercial space—65% of which is already pre-leased—and 311 underground parking spots. Completion is targeted for summer 2027. FSA, previously a partner in the Skyline Tower in Long Island City, is also active in other parts of Queens and Brooklyn. Flushing has recently attracted major tenants including Tesla and 99 Ranch Market, and may be impacted by Steve Cohen’s proposed casino and “skypark” project near Citi Field.
