Pacific Urban Investors acquired The Garnett, a 113-unit rent-stabilized building at 146 South 4th Street in Williamsburg, from Simon Dushinsky’s Rabsky Group for $82.5 million. Developed under the 421a program in 2013, the building’s tax exemption expires next year, allowing potential rent increases to market rate once tenants vacate. Amenities include a rooftop with East River views, a lounge, and a gym. Lipa Lieberman of Meridian Capital Group brokered the deal.
