A townhouse at 16 East 64th Street and a condo at the Plaza Hotel were Manhattan’s top luxury contracts last week. The 8,700-square-foot Upper East Side townhouse, asking $25 million, features five bedrooms, a gym, elevator, garden, and terraces. The Plaza condo, once home to Frank Lloyd Wright, was listed just under $19 million and spans 4,000 square feet with 13-foot ceilings and a chef’s kitchen.
