The affordable housing lottery has launched for 19 Rockwell Place, a 27-story residential building in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. Designed by Daniel Goldner Architects and developed by Chesky Rosen under the 19 Rockwell Place LLC, the structure yields 172 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 53 units for residents at 80 to 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $75,669 to $227,500. As a special incentive, tenants receive two months of free rent on all studios, and one- and two-bedroom units.
