Riverside Developers USA secured a $47 million construction loan from UK-based OakNorth Bank for three residential projects in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, located at 28 and 32 Skillman Street and 41 Franklin Avenue. The prior loan from the same lender was $9.1 million. The developments total nearly 197,000 square feet, including an 83-unit, 115,580-square-foot building already permitted and a 47-unit, 42,219-square-foot project awaiting approval. Zelig Weiss signed for Riverside.
