Simon Kaufman refinanced his 151-unit rental building at 322 Grand Concourse in Mott Haven with a $70 million loan from Greystone. The new debt replaces a $63 million loan from the same lender. Kaufman, through 336 Grand Concourse LLC, acquired the site in 2018 for $7.9 million. His broader portfolio spans 21 properties with over 500 residential units and nearly $500 million in debt, concentrated in the Bronx and Brooklyn.
