Joy Construction and Maddd Equities refinanced the retail property beneath the Queensboro Bridge at 405 East 59th Street in Lenox Hill with a $55 million loan from Citibank. The 64,360-square-foot property has over 550,000 square feet of unused air rights. The new debt replaces a $42.5 million loan from Provident Bank. Eli S. Weiss signed for the borrowers; Ana Rosu Marmann signed for the lender.
