More details: Moshe Neiman’s Sky Equity Group US, in partnership with Rabsky Group, filed plans to build an 89-unit, 171,684-square-foot, 20-story mixed-use building at 65 Franklin Street (aka 358 Broadway) in Tribeca. Designed by Hamish Whitefield Architects, the project will include residential, retail, and recreation space across two tax lots. Rabsky recently secured a $92.8 million loan from G4 Capital Partners for the development after acquiring the site from HAP Investments.
