HF Capital, led by Avi Singer, acquired two adjacent elevator buildings in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn from LeFrak for $24.4 million. The properties, located at 7410 and 7420 Ridge Boulevard, total 165 residential units across 176,064 square feet, with 71 rent-regulated units. The sale price works out to $138 per built square foot. The seller, LeFrak, represented by Arnold S. Lehman, has sold four properties totaling $71.5 million in the past two years.
