Adam Neumann is once again trying to sell his triplex penthouse at 78 Irving Place in Gramercy Park, now asking $22.75 million. The latest listing excludes a 1,200-square-foot guest apartment, which Neumann and his wife, Rebekah, plan to retain. The 6,630-square-foot residence spans three floors and includes five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and two powder rooms, with a price of $3,431 per square foot. Douglas Elliman’s Madeline Hult Elghanayan and Compass’ Jason Haber are marketing the property. Neumann first tried to sell it in 2019 and originally paid $27.5 million for the combined units in 2017.
