Empire State Realty Trust paid $31 million to Morris and Jacob Lerman for a retail building at 88-90 North 6th Street in Williamsburg. ESRT is expanding its presence in Williamsburg, where it has made several retail acquisitions totaling over $150 million. The deal was brokered by JLL’s Ethan Stanton, Brendan Maddigan, and Michael Mazzara.
