Acadia Realty Trust sold 640 Broadway in Noho to German investor Pamera North America for $49.5m. The nine-story, 41,000-square-foot mixed-use building includes 21 loft-style residences and 4,000 square feet of retail space, with Van Leeuwen Ice Cream among the tenants. JLL brokered the deal. Acadia and Winnhaven Group bought the property in 2012 for $32.5m, with Acadia holding a 24.5% stake.
