Applied ABC, a national autism therapy provider, secured a $15 million construction loan from Bank of America for a new 22,831-square-foot school at 257 Kings Highway in Gravesend, Brooklyn. The four-story project, filed by Yecheskel Halberstam, is the provider’s third New York City facility. The loan equates to $657 per zoning square foot. Applied ABC purchased the site for $2 million and holds additional air rights.
