Avdoo & Partners Development secured a $47m construction loan from Valley National Bank for a 21-unit condominium project at 110 Boerum Place in Boerum Hill. The six-story, 42,129-square-foot building, designed by Brent Buck Architects, was recently permitted and will rise on a 17,467-square-foot lot with R6B zoning. Avdoo & Partners, led by Shlomo Avdoo, purchased the site in 2023 for $20.1m. A condo plan for the project carries a $100.2m sellout. This financing replaces prior debt held by Blackstone and supports Avdoo’s continued expansion in Brooklyn’s residential development market.
