Bill Cosby has listed his Upper East Side townhouse at 18 East 71st Street for $29m as he faces foreclosure proceedings from First Foundation Bank. The 13,000-square-foot, seven-story limestone mansion, purchased by Cosby and his wife Camille in 1990 for $6.3m, is tied to a $17.5m loan he allegedly defaulted on, along with more than $300,000 in unpaid property taxes. Known as the Luyster Mansion, the 1899 residence includes six bedrooms, a dining room for 30, a roof garden, and original period details. Corcoran’s Adam Schneider holds the listing.
