Businessman Robert Tillis sold his 4,200-square-foot penthouse at Trump Park Avenue for $7.3 million, half the $14 million he paid in 2016 when he purchased it directly from an LLC tied to Donald Trump. The sale is handled by Corcoran’s Whitney Didier. The buyer, Hillcrest Company, plans to hold the asset long-term. Tillis, who previously rented the unit for $52,500 per month, faced repeated price cuts since 2021. Trump converted the former Delmonico Hotel into condos in 2004.
