Candor Capital secured a $19.5 million refinancing from Dwight Capital for its newly built 43-unit, 31,195-square-foot building at 1615 Cedar Avenue in Midwood, Brooklyn. The property, developed by Charles Wurzberger, received a final certificate of occupancy earlier this year. Candor acquired the site in 2023 for $4.5 million and previously financed it with a $16 million loan from S3 Capital. The borrower’s signatory was Chaim Wurzberger, while Ari Spodek signed for Dwight Capital. *
