Charney Companies secured an $85 million construction loan from Madison Realty Capital for its 182-unit condominium project at 95 Rockwell Place in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. The financing is part of a $135 million package provided with BH3 Fund Advisors. The 161,253-square-foot development, which has not yet been permitted, sits on a 6,030-square-foot lot with zoning that allows for high-density residential use.
