Facebook co-founder Chris Hughes and husband Sean Eldridge listed their 80-acre Whippoorwill Farm estate in Garrison, Hudson Valley, for $10 million. Purchased in 2011 for $6 million, the property features a main house over 200 years old with five bedrooms, a century-old three-bedroom structure, and a newer four-bedroom guest barn. Amenities include a swimming pool, tennis/pickleball court, hiking trails, and ponds. Hughes’ family uses it mainly for weekends and vacations, living full-time in Manhattan. Hughes left Facebook in 2007 and has since criticized the company, while Eldridge is a political activist.
