David Goldberger and Hershy Silberstein secured a $22m construction loan from Popular Bank for a 35-unit, 50,654-square-foot residential project at 172-02 Hillside Avenue in Jamaica, Queens. Goldberger and Silberstein, through Hillside Residents LLC, are developing the site, which carries R7X zoning and a lot size of 7,220 square feet. Travis Schelhorn signed for Popular Bank, while Goldberger and Silberstein signed for the borrower.
