Elad Group secured a $77.4 million refinancing loan from Starwood Property Trust for 26 unsold condominium units at its 42-unit project at 201 East 74th Street in Lenox Hill, Manhattan. The loan replaces prior financing from Valley National Bank, which originally provided $140.3 million for construction. Orly Daniell signed for Elad Group, while Joseph Rothenberg represented Starwood.
