A full-floor condo at Extell’s One57 has been listed for $90 million, making it one of Manhattan’s priciest listings. The 10,000-square-foot Residence 64 combines two units purchased for a total of $46 million in 2014 and 2016. The apartment features eight bedrooms, six bathrooms, and Central Park views. The unit is one of the top three most expensive on the market, alongside listings at 111 West 57th Street and 432 Park Avenue. One57, once famous for record-breaking deals, has seen resale prices dip in recent years due to market saturation on Billionaires’ Row. Adam Modlin is the listing broker.
