Global Holdings, led by Eyal Ofer, secured a $249.2 million Freddie Mac-backed refinance from Wells Fargo for its 50-story residential tower, Anagram NoMad, at 10 East 29th Street. The loan replaces a prior balance sheet loan from the same bank. Ofer’s firm bought the 392-unit building for $380 million in early 2020 and gradually renovated it with Fogarty Finger, rebranding it from Instrata Nomad. Rents now range from just under $4,000 to nearly $16,000. This move follows Global’s recent $33 million investment in Anagram Gowanus, reinforcing its expansion of the Anagram brand across New York City.
