Goose Property Management secured a $166 million construction loan from Slate Property Group for four residential projects totaling 367 units across three tax lots in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. The buildings—at 264 and 282 Bergen Street and 265 and 290 Wyckoff Street—include three 99-unit buildings and one 70-unit building. The loan replaces prior financing from H.I.G. Capital, which had issued a $19.6 million loan. Goose, led by Yitzchok Katz, has filed plans but not yet received permits.
