Terwilliger & Bartone Properties plans a $61 million, 106-unit transit-oriented development in Hicksville, Long Island. The four-story project, dubbed Cornerstone Hicksville, is proposed for Jerusalem Avenue near the LIRR station and will include studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, 10% of which will be affordable. Amenities will include in-unit laundry, a fitness center, and clubroom, plus 200 underground parking spaces and 4,000 square feet of retail. Greystar will handle leasing and management, while GRCH Architecture is designing the project.
