Jacob Schwimmer secured a $130m refinancing from Goldman Sachs for 540 Atlantic Avenue, a 159-unit rental building in Boerum Hill. The loan replaces $63m in prior debt from Valley National Bank. Schwimmer purchased the asset for $38m in 2023. Built on a 28,357-square-foot lot with R7A zoning, the building was developed under plans filed by Sam Teitelbaum.
