Jessica Tisch, NYPD commissioner and member of the Loews family, sold her Upper East Side duplex co-op for $10.5 million. She and her husband, venture capitalist Dan Levine, initially listed the four-bedroom at $13 million before cutting the price about 20 percent. They had purchased it in 2011 for $8 million from her parents, James and Merryl Tisch. The buyer, Jonathan Berger, CEO of TP Birch Grove, paid cash. The prewar unit at Nine East 79th Street features Central Park views, a formal dining room, gas fireplace, and five and a half baths. Corcoran’s Deborah Grubman team handled the listing.
