Joseph Heimann refinanced the office building at 500 DeKalb Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant with a $31.5m package involving three lenders. Skybrook Capital and Tideway Capital Group provided $24.65m, while Joel Fekete’s Able Funding added a $6.85m subordinate loan. The 56,112-square-foot property, purchased by Heimann in 2018 for $23.2m, equates to $561 per square foot under the new financing. It generates $1.8m annually, or $33 per square foot. Simon Yaghoubi and Yitzhak Isaac Fried signed for Skybrook and Tideway. The building received its initial certificate of occupancy in 2023 and sits on a 12,240-square-foot lot.
