JPMorgan Asset Management is marketing its 23-story Plaza District office tower at 125 West 55th Street with an asking price of $270m, about half of the $550m it sought in early 2020. The 587,000-square-foot property, acquired for $470m in 2013, is roughly 50% vacant, with empty space concentrated on higher-rent upper floors. The pricing equates to about $450 per square foot. Newmark’s Adam Spies and Josh King are handling the sale.
