ZD Jasper secured a $73 million construction loan from Madison Realty Capital for its luxury condo project at 171 East 86th Street on the Upper East Side. The $112 million development will rise 18 stories with 24 two- to five-bedroom units, along with amenities such as a fitness center, golf simulator, and children’s room. ZD Jasper acquired the site from Extell Development for $29 million after the closure of Papaya King at the location. Arrow Real Estate Advisors arranged the financing, with completion expected next year.
