Meshulem Twersky refinanced two newly built residential properties in Astoria with a $31 million loan from Greystone. The properties, located at 31-59 Vernon Boulevard and 11-24 31st Drive, total 102 units across 75,640 square feet of built space. The refinancing replaces a $28.5 million loan from Golden Bridge Funding. The deal values the properties at $409 per built square foot. The buildings were developed by MetroCap Partners, with permits approved in late 2022. The signatories were Samuel Teitelbaum for Twersky and Barbara Masi for Greystone.
