Michael Weitzman is planning a four-story commercial building at 83 Wythe Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by Archimaera Architecture and developed by Weitzman’s Double U Development, the 84-foot-tall project will span nearly 89,000 square feet and include rooftop terraces, a cellar level, three loading berths, and 164 enclosed parking spaces. The red brick façade features decorative patterns and a cantilevered third floor. The site previously held a one-story industrial structure and has served as an outdoor event space in recent years. Weitzman bought the property from Cayuga Capital for $20 million. Completion is projected for fall 2026, though construction hasn’t started.
