Moshe Drizin, through Flatbush Patio LLC, secured an $18.5 million refinancing loan from JPMorgan Chase for two residential elevator buildings in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn. The properties include a 272-unit building at 590 Flatbush Avenue and a 224-unit building at 580 Flatbush Avenue, totaling 496 units and 549,316 square feet. The loan price is $33 per square foot. Together, the buildings generate $10.9 million in annual revenue, or $20 per square foot. No new major construction projects are active on the tax lot.
