Neil Einhorn secured a $58 million refinancing loan from Bank of Montreal for a newly completed 98-unit rental building at 1499 Bedford Avenue in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. The property spans 102,190 square feet, equating to $567 per square foot based on the loan. The prior $44 million loan was held by H.I.G. Capital. Einhorn purchased the site for $13.9 million. Michael Birajiclian signed on behalf of the lender.
