Rabsky Group secured a $555 million refinancing package from Madison Realty Capital for two newly built rental buildings in Fort Greene totaling 1,102 units. Of that, $430 million was recorded and later assigned to a PIMCO fund. The properties include the 1,050-unit building at 625 Fulton Street and a 52-unit building at 12 Rockwell Place, with a combined 1 million square feet. The loan replaces prior debt from Apollo and Madison. Shimon Dushinsky signed for Rabsky; Urian Yap for Madison.
