Ralph Lauren purchased its longtime Soho flagship at 109 Prince Street for $132 million, beating out luxury giant LVMH in a competitive bidding war. The retailer had leased the property since 2010, with the lease set to expire next year. The five-story building, owned by Swiss investor Jean-Pierre Lehmann since 1991, includes artist live-work condos and underwent renovations in the ’90s.
