RXR Realty sold its preferred equity stake in three Upper East Side luxury buildings for $339.5m, marking a 30% gain on its $261m investment made in 2022. The properties — 1 East River Place, One Sutton Place North, and Two Sutton Place North — are now held by GO Residential Real Estate Investment Trust, launched by Joshua Gotlib and Meyer Orbach through an IPO on the Toronto Stock Exchange. The buildings, valued at $1.17b, span 1.17m square feet and contain 837 units.
