Sarah Solomon sold her late husband Martin’s Upper East Side co-op at 4 East 66th Street for 37 m after three years on the market, down from the original 55 m asking price. The five-bedroom apartment, near Central Park, was renovated with designer Robert Couturier. The buyers appear to be Rajaram Rao and Anjuli Rao. The price drop follows a trend of co-ops failing to meet initial expectations, despite a record 101 m sale in the building in 2022. Sotheby’s Serena Boardman and Maria Bazo handled the listing.
