Shia Unsdorfer secured a $19.6 million construction loan from S3 Capital for a 32-unit residential project at 2202 16th Street in South Slope, Brooklyn. The development will span 35,195 square feet and is part of a larger 37,360-square-foot buildable lot. The plans, filed and permitted earlier this year, mark Unsdorfer’s expansion beyond his current 16-unit Brooklyn property. The new loan replaces $4.7 million in previous debt from First Central Savings Bank.
