Silverstein Properties and Metro Loft Management have listed their recently converted luxury rental building at 55 Broad Street in Manhattan’s Financial District, with an asking price above $500m. The 30-story, 344,000-square-foot property offers 571 apartments, including affordable units, plus 8,300 square feet of retail and amenities such as a gym, sports simulator, and rooftop pool. Currently 76 percent occupied, the building was acquired in 2023 for $172.5m with $220m in financing. The sale is being marketed by Newmark, and both firms said selling after conversion was always their plan.
