SL Green is looking to sell two Manhattan properties—110 Greene Street in Soho and 690 Madison Avenue in Midtown—for a combined $300 million. Eastdil Secured is marketing the portfolio. The Soho building spans 295,000 square feet and includes tenants like Avoro Capital and Balenciaga. SL Green acquired a 90% interest in the property in a deal valuing it at $255 million. The Midtown property was obtained via foreclosure in 2021 for $74 million. Jeff Sutton’s Wharton Properties later bought a 50% stake for $34 million. Van Cleef & Arpels now leases the full 7,800-square-foot Madison Avenue space.
