The Chetrit Organization, led by Juda and Michael Chetrit, secured a 30-month extension on a $95 million CMBS loan for its vacant office-retail properties at 393-401 Fifth Avenue. The loan, held by Rialto, had entered special servicing in 2024 due to imminent maturity default. American Eagle, though no longer occupying the space, continues paying rent through 2026. Chetrit contributed more capital to finalize the deal, which also involves SL Green holding a $30 million mezzanine position.
