The East Hampton estate of late McKinsey executive Robert O’Block is on the market for $41.9 million. The four-acre compound at 24 and 36 Jeffreys Lane includes a 5,900-square-foot main home with six bedrooms on a waterfront lot, plus a two-bedroom guest cottage on an adjacent parcel. The property features a pool, tennis court potential, and 260 feet of Hook Pond frontage with views of the Maidstone Club. O’Block bought the estate in two parts, starting in the 1970s. His three sons are selling through Hedgerow’s Terry Cohen, aiming to find a single buyer for both parcels.
