The Feil Organization, along with BLDG and the Nakash family, secured a $65 million loan from Deutsche Bank to convert 140 West 57th Street from offices into 47 luxury condos. The neo-Gothic building, originally built in 1908, will offer units from 500 to 1,800 square feet, plus amenities like a rooftop lounge and fitness center. Corcoran Sunshine will handle sales. Feil bought the building in 2009 for $59 million. Construction is set to finish in 2026.
