The Talmudical Seminary of Bobov received approval from the New York State Attorney General for a $23m construction loan from Ponce Bank to build a new seminary and office complex at 3710 15th Avenue in Borough Park. The 45,718-square-foot, three-story building with a mezzanine will replace a former industrial property acquired in 2023 for $3m. Loan proceeds will cover mortgage payoffs and fund $13.4m in construction costs. Designed by Shmuel Wieder, the project sits on an 11,486-square-foot lot zoned C4-4A. This is one of two new educational facilities Bobov is developing in Borough Park.
