Tishman Speyer

Tishman Speyer

Tishman Speyer secured a $331 million loan from Canadian pension fund Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec for its 40-story, 924-unit residential project at 50 Hudson Street in Jersey City. The tower will include 10,000 square feet of retail space, with construction expected to wrap by 2028. The firm had previously begun building the neighboring 58-story, 1,000-unit 55 Hudson Street, backed by a $300 million loan from Otera Capital. Combined, both towers will deliver over 2,000 units, 70,000 square feet of retail, and a waterfront plaza.
