Vaja Group acquired a development site at 147-16 94th Avenue in Jamaica, Queens, from the Estate of Rita Stark for $9.9 million. The site, currently a parking lot, offers 100,000 buildable square feet, pricing the deal at $99 per buildable square foot. Moses Freund signed for the buyer, and Bruce Sontag signed for the seller. Vaja Group plans a ground-up development. No construction plans have been filed yet.
