Yechiel Newhouse acquired nine walkup buildings in Longwood, Bronx, from Leeds Associates for $19.6m. The portfolio spans 163,428 square feet across 82 residential units, trading at $120 per foot. Stacey Shurgin signed for the seller, while Newhouse signed for the buyer through Tinton Wales LLC.
